How to Request Deletion of Your Data

Axestrack Software Solution provides a process for users to request removal of their personal information. Upon a verified request, we will delete:

• Your contact information (name, email, phone)
• Any stored message logs or usage data associated with your account

Submission Process

Send an email to support@axestrack.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Your message should include:

• Your full name
• Your registered email address or phone number
• Confirmation that you want your personal data removed

Timeline and Outcomes

We will respond within 30 days to confirm your request and the deletion process. Following approval:

• Data is permanently removed from active systems
• Backups are purged within 90 days maximum
• You receive final confirmation via email once deletion is complete
