Role Overview:
The role involves monitoring vehicle movements and shipments in real time, validating data integrity, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with stakeholders to maintain operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor vehicles and shipments in real time using the Axestrack system.
- Ensure accurate and timely tracking of shipment movements.
- Identify delays, route deviations, and data discrepancies.
- Maintain records of trips, incidents, and exceptions.
- Generate daily operational reports and dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and operational processes.
- Escalate critical issues to the concerned stakeholders.
Experience:
- 0–3 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Fleet Management, Data Monitoring, or Data Quality roles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
- Attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
