Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives and manage business performance in the designated region. The role requires a mix of individual contribution and team leadership, driving sales of Axestrack's industry-leading Connected Fleet and Digital Logistics Solutions to enterprise clients and logistics partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive regional sales growth through new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of regional sales team members to ensure achievement of targets.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for selling digital and connected solutions in logistics and supply chain industries.
- Build strong client relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at mid and senior management levels.
- Conduct consultative discussions with clients to understand their operational challenges and propose appropriate digital solutions.
- Ensure accurate sales forecasting, pipeline management, and timely reporting of regional sales metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent Axestrack at industry events, conferences, and client meetings as a trusted advisor.
Experience:
- Total experience: minimum 8 years of professional experience in B2B sales.
- Relevant experience: at least 5 years selling digital solutions in domestic markets.
- Proven experience in consultative or solution-based selling with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to telematics, logistics, IoT, or fleet management domains will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage both individual targets and team performance effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business Administration.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing or a related specialisation preferred.
