FreightNXT has built the FreightNXT app as a free application for its subscribed users (drivers and fleets using the LoadStop platform).
This page is used to inform app users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which are accessible in FreightNXT, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
While using FreightNXT, we may collect information that is necessary to operate the driver logistics Service, including:
- Account credentials such as username, password, and PassKey used to sign in
- Profile details such as name, mobile number, and other account fields provided by your fleet
- Load and trip activity (accept, status updates, notes, load info)
- Documents and receipts you upload against loads or maintenance logs
- Settlement / earnings information returned by your company’s LoadStop backend
In the app we may use device capabilities and permissions such as:
- INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – to communicate with FreightNXT / LoadStop servers
- Camera, photo library, and file / storage access – when you upload documents or maintenance receipts
Information you submit through the app is processed to provide the Service to you and your fleet. The app may also use third-party services that collect information used to identify you (for example, Google Play Services on Android).
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we may collect data and information through third-party products on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
This Service does not use “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third-party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and to improve their services. You may have the option to accept or refuse these cookies where the platform allows it. If you choose to refuse cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
